Inside My Head: It's normally a pretty scary place to be, but it does promise to be quite amusing and sometimes even funny...

I Wish Every School Day Could Be Like Today

Okay, it's late so I've got to go fast. Actually it's not as late as when I normally begin doing this, but I was hoping to be in bed earlier tonight. Wow, that was weird, I just heard Chris talk in his sleep again. He says some pretty random stuff like, "What did you say you were going to do?" but I couldn't understand him this time.
Today was pretty awesome. Melodears took a field trip with some of the other Leon singing groups to sing at some middle schools in the area. We only had to go to first period and then we were excused for the rest of the day. First we went to Cobb where my brothers were supposed to come see me but neither of them could get out of class. Then we went to Fairview. I had never been there before, but it's pretty nice, except for the fact that the Cafeteria where we were singing smelled like fishsticks the entire time we were there. (We lucked out and went right before lunch, oh goody!) Then we went to the mall and had--get this--an hour and a half for lunch. I could hear the Hallelujah Chorus. It was beautiful. I think we should extend our normal school lunch by an hour and do that every day. After lunch we went to Raa, which I had also never been inside. So, we made our way around town and promoted Leon's music program to the upcoming ninth graders. During lunch we were thinking of all of the other schools that we need to visit and we decided that we should just take this whole week to do that.
I also finished writing week 6 of our ACTS drama today. It's really weird that this is the last week of it. We've been working on it so long and put so much into it, I think I'm gonna miss it when it's gone. Kind of like the Easter Musical. Thanks so much to everyone who contributed anything to the drama, whether acting in it or helping with lights and sound, or donating a canoe :-). And a BIG shoutout to Calyn, the best, most dedicated, most awesomest, most coolest, director and person ever! We never could have pulled this off without you Calyn! I love you!
Okay, well, off to bed. I have to get up early tomorrow to go in and make up and Anatomy lab practical on the respiratory system. Fun fun fun.

Oh, and Brandon said he felt left out because I didn't have any pictures of him on my blog so here ya go Bran man:

My Brother Brandon (I can't believe I'm admitting that in public)

You know how the time zones are messed up. Well actually you don't because you don't have a blog. So let me tell you. When you make a post, you set the time you posted it, but when you comment, it uses the default time zone, which is obviously whichever one is three hours behind us. If you had a blog, we wouldn't have had to have this conversation...I want you to think about that.
